Bianca has been with On for over 5 years and is now General Manager for the EMEA region. She did her undergraduate degree at the University of St. Gallen, where she attended a seminar on consumer behaviour and met with On co-founder Caspar Coppetti, who introduced the very first prototype of an On shoe to the class. A few years later, while doing her MBA in Hong Kong, Bianca contacted Caspar with a plan to bring On to the Chinese market, where running and marathon races were booming at the time. In 2018, Bianca started building On's China business, hiring the first team members, building brand, partnerships and digital distribution for On in China. She later went on to lead On's business in Asia-Pacific, including Japan and Oceania. Today, On employs over 140 team members in the region. In 2022, Bianca moved back to Zurich to take over leadership for the EMEA region. Prior to joining On, Bianca worked at McKinsey & Company, developing strategic solutions for innovation and growth for her clients within retail, sports, fashion and consumer goods industry. In her free time, Bianca likes to spend time outdoors and with her family and friends. She's a keen skier, wakesurfer and karaoke singer.

Jiahui grew up in China and now lives in Switzerland with her husband and kids. She joined On in 2015 and has been leading Global Operations. Previous to On she was a management consultant in New York, a public equity trader in Singapore and a chocolate marketeer in Beijing. She studied maths and biology at university, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jiahui believes that life is all about exploration and trying things out, until you find your own spot and way of making a positive impact.

Luise Ammerschuber is the Director and Founder of YESS Impact, specialized in SDG consulting, social business and impact investing. She is an experienced international TEDx and Keynote Speaker, advisor to major international organizations, the public and corporate sector, and author of several guide books. In Uganda, her project YESS Impact Sisters is working with local entrepreneurs and their communities. Luise is a mentor to entrepreneurs worldwide as well as an angel investor. She is a co-organizer of the Female Business Network (FIN) Swiss Chapter, a mentor at FeMentor and at Grace – The Female Accelerator, Ambassador of Maastricht University, an Ambassador for Mercy for Women and Youth Uganda and a community member of the 2hearts tech community. Luise has an LLM Master (Honors Program) in International Human Rights Law and a BA (Honors) in International Relations & Development Studies from Maastricht University.

Shira Kaplan is the Founder and CEO of Cyverse AG, a Zurich-based cyber-security firm which delivers innovative, hands-on Israeli cyber-security solutions to global and local corporations. Shira’s technological training dates back to her military service in the Israeli 8200 Elite Technology Unit of the Intelligence, where she was an Intelligence and Cyber Analyst. She held business management positions at publicly-traded companies including Teva Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (NASDAQ: TEVA) and Bank Julius Baer & Co. in Zurich (SIX: BAER). Shira is an alumna of Harvard University (B.A.), where she studied Government and Chinese, and was a Shelby Davis Scholar. She holds an MBA from St. Gallen HSG University in Switzerland, where she was awarded the “Women in Business” Scholarship. Shira has won several other awards, including the “Seeds of Peace” scholarship, the Goldman fellowship and the Milken Fellowship. She has been featured in the Financial Times, the Neue Zuercher Zeitung, Bilanz, PwC CEO Magazine and other newspapers.
